Who We Are

Driving the heart and the very existence of this business is our founders unrivalled passion to make a difference to an industry which supports our much-loved four-legged community.

Our Founder, Tracey Voss, embodies the core principle that animals give so much, as pets, as heroes as workers and we need to earn that service by giving back, through the industry, the right products, the right education, and the right care’.

Tracey has been in the pet industry for over 25 years and believes that the animal should always be the key focus of any pet business, not just commercial gain. Her heartfelt belief underpins the ethos of Tailor-Grace.

With over 80 years of combined pet industry expertise, we take seriously the responsibility of being the ‘voice’ of the animals, delivery protection and care through product quality, innovation, and education.

What We Do

Our own British manufactured multi award-winning brands, Huskaloo, and Oggi’s, are produced to exceptionally high standards and those standards are applied when considering working with other third-party brands such as British, handmade Goats soap brand: Cyril’s.

Our founder, a recent Great British Entrepreneur Winner, Tracey-Louise Voss, is passionate about animal welfare and this passion is the beating heart of the business. Driving the highest possible standards of quality, safety and sustainability throughout, delivering complete confidence to both retailer and consumer in product and services supplied.

Our Plans for the Future

2022 was an exciting year for Tailor-Grace, swooping an array of industry awards for both Huskaloo and Oggi products. 2023 looks set to be equally exciting with extensive plans to expand our product ranges whilst delivering an industry leading consumer education programme through retailer training and partnering and UK wide brand awareness.

We remain passionate about supporting our retail and overseas partners, we work hard to protect the integrity of our products, brands and services, providing you, our customer, with the reassurance and support you need to sell with confidence.

Why We're Passionate

We recognise that Pets are not People! And that most people are not veterinary or animal experts! We also recognise that our ‘ultimate consumer’ (the animal) is not able to make the buying decisions and select the ‘good from the bad’.

We passionately believe that we, as a pet product manufacturer, have a serious responsibility to help you (the owner) deliver world-class care for your pet.

This is why our founder, Tracey Voss, is determined to put animals and the planet first. Calling out the bad and developing the good, delivering education through product quality and innovation.

What We Stand For

Tailor-Grace will only develop and bring to market brands with genuine purpose that can benefit pets, their owners, and the environment. Any product development must deliver one of the following principles:

  • Enhancing Pet Welfare
  • Developing consumers awareness of animal welfare through education
  • Products that deliver environmental benefit

Respect in life is crucial whether that be respect for each other, our planet, or our pets. Delivering solutions through product innovation and education whilst respecting the needs of our beloved four-legged friends and the planet is the cornerstone of our business’.

At Tailor-Grace, we pledge to only develop and sell products with purpose.

Animal Nutrition

Pet owners are increasingly aware of the health and well –being of their pets and the direct impact of poor feeding choices on their pet’s welfare. Recent trends show an over-whelming switch to more natural, raw, and homemade feeding solutions for our pets.

Whilst these trends are a positive step forward, there is a need to avoid over humanising the animal’s environment. Animal products that directly mimic human equivalents risk confusion particularly amongst those owners who lack education about animal nutrition – e.g., dogs and chocolate.

Tailor-Grace acknowledge that your pet is still an animal, has different needs to a human and needs a voice of reason to ensure lines do not get blurred and that product innovation is first and foremost for the benefit of the ‘ultimate consumer’ and not simply to tempt a purchase from the owner.

Through our own brand, Oggi’s World, we seek to produce products that enhance your pet’s welfare with natural, nutritional treats. Oggi’s World will provide the ‘voice’ of our pets, leading the agenda on animal welfare and nutrition.

Saving the Planet

We all need to be aware of the impact of all products and services on the environment, particularly those that we regularly purchase.

Our multi-award-winning cat Litter; Huskaloo - The world’s FIRST compact eco-friendly cat litter, 90% lighter and 90% smaller than traditional clay cat litter, is an industry disruptor.

Clay cat litter is an environmental nightmare. 65% of the U.K cat litter market is clay based. Most clay litter is strip-mined, a highly destructive process which destroys the landscape and natural wildlife habitats. It is then transported around the world creating a massive carbon footprint.

In the U.K. alone 2.5m tonnes of cat litter go to landfill every year, that is the equivalent of over 200,000 full Double Decker buses!

Huskaloo is also 100% compostable and all packaging is 100% recyclable, so nothing goes to landfill. All future Tailor-Grace products will be developed to have a positive impact on our environment, continuing to help ‘save the planet on cat at a time’.
